Job Security

Let's face it, there are many jobs that a robot will never be able to do, such as, give birth to a human baby, or cry with you when you are grieving, or propose marriage etc. There are also jobs for which robots would be just too expensive to replace people, such as in the artistic, creative fields. Would robots be able to conjure up stories like Harry Potter? It seems unlikely at this point in its development.
Will people become redundant? Yes in some cases they already have. Take as an example the old fashioned telephonist or receptionist, who pleasantly directed your call, today that person no longer exists in large corporations, instead a robotic voice instructs you to press a key to get to a certain extension.
It is time we projected a little into the future and extrapolate an outcome similar to the Luddites of the earlier century, only this time we can expect the Luddites to attack the rich rather than the machines.

Risk to the Rich

When the critical mass has been reached at a tipping point of desperation and survival verses decency, the rich will have the most to lose.

Current decent, morally sound citizens will not be idle as their children start to starve!

Solutions to Unemployment

It is time to get ingenious at solutions to the coming unemployment threat. And threat it is!

Truck drivers, taxi drivers, delivery drivers, chauffeurs, will be displaced by driverless vehicles.

Receptionists, accounts staff, data capturers, invoice clerks, sales assistants, bank tellers, the list goes on, will be history when the new Neural Network Chip gets into machines later this year.

Lawyers, doctors, accountants, policemen, security personnel, etc. are already being replaced (see The Future)

Entrepreneur your way out of this Darkness

If its coming, and we know it is, then thinkers had better start thinking, and differently to how and what they thought and think of currently.

If you are not a thinker but a traditionist, then there is little hope for you. You may find yourself homeless and begging for bread.

Just how and what do we think about to ride this coming wave of Artificial Intelligence?

Work hard with your mind to do the research into the many fields that will replace people, but will have its own needs, and here is the opportunity!
